These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the paku4d online gaming platform located at https://paku4d.cam (the "Website", "Platform", "Service"). Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances and winnings. • Date of birth proving you are at least 21 years old
• Valid email address to which you have exclusive access
• Mobile phone number for account security and verification
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Secure password meeting our security requirements

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and actions taken. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify our customer support team and change your password. paku4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account if you have failed to maintain proper security of your credentials.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

KYC verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours of document submission. During the verification period, you may continue to play, but withdrawal requests will be held pending successful verification. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension. Deliberately submitting false or fraudulent documents will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

paku4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of paku4d and may be modified or withdrawn at any time
• Only one active bonus per Account is permitted at any time
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met
• Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) that must be completed before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Games with higher house edge or lower variance may be restricted or excluded from bonus play.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

paku4d reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, irregular betting patterns designed to clear wagering with minimal risk, collusion with other players, or using automated betting systems. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and funds forfeited.

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed; you cannot cancel or modify a bet after placement
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets
• paku4d reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its discretion
• In the event of technical malfunction, all affected bets and payouts will be voided

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

In the event of Account closure for breach of Terms, paku4d reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, void pending bets, and recover any bonuses or winnings obtained through fraudulent activity.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by your failure to maintain Account security
• Technical failures, internet connection issues, or server downtime beyond our control
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party banks or payment providers
• Errors or malfunctions in third-party game software
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your negligence

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
